We post freelance gigs, studio-style collaborations, and internal opportunities from our own marketing company. That includes projects in branding, copywriting, video editing, game development, podcasting, and more.Some people come here to find work. Others come to collaborate on longform projects like audio dramas, visual novels, and newsletters—with the potential to profit-share or grow them into something bigger. You can also bring your own ideas, pitch a project, or just vibe and see what clicks.There’s no application or contract. If you're here, you're welcome. What is Ember & Ink?It started with a weekend full of chaotic ideas, a creative fever dream, and the slow realization that I couldn’t build something meaningful without others. I’ve spent years trying to find my voice. This is it. And I’m giving it structure, stakes, and support by inviting others in.Our version of accountability? Friendship.Instead of shame-based productivity or public pressure, we’re building something rooted in care. I believe in taking the pressure off perfection and giving people room to experiment.
